📣 SING MANILA WELCOMES ROBY MALUBAY! BOOK A LESSON WITH HIM TODAY! 📣
Hello, I’m Anna Migallos-Bautista—a Filipina soprano dedicated to helping singers discover their voice with confidence, artistry, and healthy technique.
As a performer, I’ve had the privilege of singing lead roles in operas and performing in concerts across Prague, Vienna, London, Malaysia, Indonesia, Singapore, and the Philippines. These experiences have deepened my belief that every voice has something unique to say—and that finding and owning your sound is at the heart of great singing.
Whether you're just beginning or looking to refine your skills, my private voice lessons focus on building a strong technical foundation, expressive performance, and a sound that is uniquely your own. I work with singers across pop, musical theatre, classical, and opera, and I am especially passionate about helping students find freedom and authenticity in their chosen style.
I currently serve on the voice faculty at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila and the Philippine High School for the Arts. I’m an alumna of the Royal College of Music in London, the University of the Philippines, and the Philippine High School for the Arts.
All ages and levels are welcome—let’s Sing, Manila!
Hello! I'm Roby Malubay, a bass-baritone, performer, and voice teacher who believes that great singing begins with healthy technique and genuine self-expression.
Over the years, I've had the opportunity to perform in opera, musical theatre, concerts, and film, including productions with Viva Voce Voice Lab, Tanghalang Pilipino, Repertory Philippines, and other leading performing arts companies. My operatic roles include Colline in La Bohème, Giorgio Germont in La Traviata, and Sarastro in Die Zauberflöte. I've also appeared in Himala: Isang Musikal and the musical film Isang Himala, an official entry to the 50th Metro Manila Film Festival. I was honored to receive Second Prize in the 2013 Jovita Fuentes Vocal Competition and to be named a finalist in the 2018 Singapore Lyric Opera ASEAN Vocal Competition.
As a teacher, I enjoy working with singers of all experience levels, helping them develop a strong technical foundation while discovering a voice that feels natural, expressive, and uniquely their own. Whether your goal is to perform on stage or simply become a more confident singer, I'll tailor each lesson to support your individual growth.
I'm a graduate of St. Scholastica's College, Manila with a Bachelor of Music in Voice Performance, and I look forward to working with you at Sing Manila!
